  • Yes! You can send your glasses to us by Australia Post. As our repair centre uses a PO Box address, we are only able to receive parcels sent through Australia Post.

    Please remember to package your glasses securely in a padded bag or box to protect them during transit. Once received, our experienced team will repair your frames quickly and professionally.

  • Most glasses repairs are completed within 3 business days after we receive your frames. Complex repairs or specialty frames may take longer, but we’ll always keep you updated. If you’re in Perth, you’ll benefit from quick postage times through Australia Post.

  • Yes, all of our repairs come with a 90-day warranty. This covers workmanship on services such as shell welds and hinge replacements, giving you peace of mind that your frames are repaired to last.

    Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scratches, accidental damage, or cosmetic issues unrelated to the repair.

    If you experience a problem with your repair within 90 days, simply contact us and we’ll fix it at no extra cost.

  • Please fill out our Book a Service form, and our team will contact you to let you know if a repair is possible.

    • If we provide a quote confirming we can repair your glasses, but find that we cannot complete the repair, we will return your glasses to you free of charge.

    • If you send your glasses in for assessment and we determine they cannot be repaired, we will return them to you at the cost of shipping.
